A vacation is not complete without good food. That’s why we care about this aspect and we commit ourselves to ensure that our guests can enjoy regional, national and international dishes, always taking into account the naturalness of the ingredients, lightness and their origin.
The “Patron” of the place, Renato, is the chef in charge personally of the kitchen: everything is homemade and the products are carefully chosen for maximum quality…try it!
The fresh pasta is always present in the menu, the meat arrives from nearby Val Rendena, the fish is only available if absolutely fresh.
And yet, the sweets that delight the end of the meal and breakfast are prepared every day with all natural ingredients; industrial preparations are banned! Even those who have particular needs (children, vegetarians, coeliacs etc.) Can enjoy their meal with complete safety.
Breakfast: we serve it in the Orangerie hall, completely decorated and furnished so the guest feels comfortable since the morning.
A good morning starts from … from the buffet: all kinds of cereal, served with yoghurt of Alto Adige, homemade jam, white bread, but also our traditional brown bread, leavened pastries, eggs, ham, local cheese and all that you need to start the day with energy.
