A holiday without food is not a holiday. That is why we give particular attention to this aspect and we strive to ensure our guests to taste our regional, national and international dishes, always taking into account the quality, lightness and the origin of the ingredients.
The "boss" of the house, Renato, is the chef in charge personally of the cuisine, everything is homemade and the products are carefully selected to obtain the maximum quality ... try it!
The fresh pasta is always present in the menu, the meat comes from the near Val Rendena, the fish is served only if absolutely fresh.
And yet, the desserts that you can enjoy at the end of the meal and the breakfast are prepared daily with all natural ingredients, industrial prepackaged food is banned!
Even those who have particular needs (children, vegetarians, celiacs, etc..) can enjoy the food in complete safety.
Breakfast: we serve it in the Orangerie, completely decorated and furnished for the visitor to feel at ease since the morning.
A good day starts ... from the buffet: all types of cereals, served with yoghurt from the Alto Adige, homemade jam, white and dark bread from our tradition, leavened cakes, eggs, ham, local cheese and all that is necessary to start the day with energy.
